· February 27, 2010- Yoga Isolations and Drills III– A more intense yoga practice than in I and II. Isolation part will be with layering with shimmies and tribal turns. Drills will consist of zill patterns and tribal basic moves with the zills. · February 26, 2010—The Nile Gallery Hafla. 7PM to 10PM. |
